The Welshman started and scored against Celta Vigo in Zidane’s first match back after 10 months away, but the pair had a strained relationship during the Frenchman’s first spell.
So far this season Bale has scored 14 goals from 35 appearances in all competitions but has been criticised for failing to step up following the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo last summer.

‘We are going to play these 10 games and then we will see,’ he said when asked about Bale.
‘I will not talk about next season, we have 10 games left. Gareth is an important member of the squad, we know what he has done here, especially in the Champions League finals.
‘Nobody can take away what he has done. We know he can bring a lot to the team and we will count on him.’
Zidane will see his side host Huesca in La Liga as Real Madrid aim to close the 15-point deficit to Barcelona with 10 games left.
