Former President of Nigeria, Alhaji Shehu Shagari who died Friday can be buried tomorrow in Sokoto, in accordance with the household.
His grandson, Nuradeen Mahe, instructed newsmen in Sokoto that the late President could be flown from Abuja to Sokoto for burial on Saturday, in accordance with Islamic rites.
Shagari, who was 93, died at 6: 40 P.M on the Nationwide Hospital in Abuja.
Mahe mentioned he was flown to Abuja after his well being deteriorated.
Shagari was president 1979 to 1983 and received re-election earlier than being dethroned by a coup d’etat that introduced in Muhammadu Buhari as navy head of state.
