Anti-riot policemen and an Armoured Private Provider have been stationed to revive peace at Ojota Motor Park in Lagos following bloody conflict by transport union members on Thursday night.

Sources informed the Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) {that a} suspended factional chief of a transport Union allegedly attacked the motorpark with hoodlums on Thursday to reclaim the ability.

NAN gathered that there was a free for all as members loyal to the management of the park tried to defend the venue from the intruders with machetes, bottles and different weapons.

“The conflict began Thursday night at about 6.30 p.m; many automobiles had been leaving the park horridly and there have been gun photographs within the air and everybody scampered for security.

“That resulted to the deployment of police personnel from totally different divisions beneath Space H, together with anti-riot law enforcement officials by the Space Commander, ACP Miller Dantawaye,” a supply mentioned.

ACP Miller Dantawaye informed NAN in a phone interview that the park was partially closed till normalcy returned absolutely to the realm.

He mentioned no loss of life was recorded, stressing that no arrest had been made as at press time.
