Back in January, the body positive activist posted a photo to Instagram that saw her posing fully nude with a friend.
The 33-year-old flaunted her backside in the picture, as her friend Brad Walsh, who was also nude in the photo, rested his head on her bare thigh with an arm around her leg.
‘When friendship & whiskey becomes art #effyourbeautystandards,’ Tess wrote in the accompanying caption.
Similarly, she posed in a racy photo in December that saw her wearing a sexy bodysuit that featured cut outs and black lace.
