Napoli could make some changes for the Europa League quarter-final with Arsenal, using Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens together.
The first leg is in London on Thursday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
Insigne and Faouzi Ghoulam made their comebacks from injury in the 1-1 draw with Genoa on Sunday evening, but Amadou Diawara and Raul Albiol are still out of action.
Carlo Ancelotti has often used a disguised three-man defence in Europe this season, as Nikola Maksimovic was only in theory a full-back, in reality cutting inside while his opposite number Mario Rui pushed up, covered on the right by the non-stop work of Jose Callejon.
However, Sky Sport Italia are confident that won’t be the case with Arsenal, sticking to a more traditional 4-4-2 shape, mainly because Maksimovic and Kalidou Koulibaly are the only fully-fit centre-backs.
Vlad Chiriches is not in good shape and Sebastiano Luperto is still very inexperienced.
The other change could be upfront, where Arkadiusz Milik risks being dropped in favour of Mertens and Insigne together.
This would enable Napoli to focus not on crosses into the box, but on making the most of the distinct lack of pace in the Arsenal defence.
They hope to play the offside trap against the Gunners and send the strikers through with smart vertical passes.
Alex Meret is expected to play rather than David Ospina, as the Arsenal-owned goalkeeper hasn’t featured since he collapsed after a knock to the head during the game with Udinese on March 17.
Napoli (probable): Meret; Hysaj, Maksimovic, Koulibaly, Mario Rui; Callejon, Fabian Ruiz, Allan, Zielinski; Insigne, Mertens
