Uploading a stunning pregnancy photo to Instagram, Helena said that this is her new reality now that she’s expecting baby number two.

‘No filters, just pregnancy. Before I had a baby I was so insecure about my body,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘When I was pregnant with River I realised how much more important your body is then just trying to make it look good. 

‘Now in my second pregnancy I am so much more comfortable in my own skin. 

‘I’ll walk around in a skimpy bikini with my big belly and jiggly bum and just not give a f*** because I’m proud of my body for carrying two children.
