Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West and her musician husband Kanye West have welcomed their “perfect” fourth child into the world.
The boy, whose name has not yet been announced, was born via a surrogate.
In a tweet, 38-year-old Kardashian West wrote of her son: “He’s here and he’s perfect!”
He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her ✨

The celebrity couple’s third child, a girl called Chicago, was also born via a surrogate, in January last year.
Referring to their latest addition, the star added: “He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.”
Kardashian West, who features in family reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, has two other children with her 41-year-old rapper partner – five-year-old daughter North, and son Saint, who is three.
The star opted to use surrogates for her two youngest children after she experienced complications during her first two pregnancies, leading to health concerns.
The news that Kardashian West’s surrogate was in labour came from Kim’s sister Kourtney, who surprised their mother Kris Jenner during her appearance on Ellen DeGeneres’s US chat show.
She was joined by Kim’s children, as well as her own.
Kourtney told the show “So, my mom doesn’t even know this, but Kim’s surrogate went into labour, so she’s at the hospital.”
Reacting to the news, Jenner replied: ‘What?! What are we doing here?!”
DeGeneres explained that Kim was supposed to come and make the announcement but ended up not being able to make it, due to the imminent birth of her son.
The news of her fourth child comes after Kardashian West announced she was training to be a lawyer, claiming she could do it in her sleep.
