Mauro Icardi is still out of Inter’s squad for Saturday’s Serie A trip to Cagliari as a call-up is given to Primavera prospect Facundo Colidio.
Icardi remains out of Inter contention with an alleged knee injury, so Colidio effectively replaces his fellow Argentine in attack.
The 19-year-old joined the Nerazzurri from Boca Juniors in September 2017 and has scored seven goals for their Primavera side, including five in the UEFA Youth League.
However, Keita Balde Diao – who has not played since the turn of the year – is still sidelined with a thigh injury.
Inter squad to face Cagliari: Handanovic, Padelli, Berni; De Vrij, Ranocchia, Asamoah, Cedric, Miranda, Dalbert, D’Ambrosio, Skriniar; Gagliardini, Vecino, Nainggolan, Joao Mario, Valero, Perisic, Brozovic; Lautaro, Politano, Colidio, Candreva
