Demi Lovato was spotted at her favorite gym on Wednesday.

The singer was seen leaving another session at the Unbreakable Performance Center which offers boxing and jiu-jitsu classes, as well as a cryotherapy chamber, in West Hollywood.

Demi, 26, put on a colorful display in a tie-dye long sleeve t-shirt and some cropped leggings.

The Sorry Not Sorry hitmaker tied her recently chopped locks back from her face and carried a duffel bag with her boxing gear.

Demi has been working on her health in recent months and has become passionate about boxing and jiu-jitsu.

Last month the New Mexico-born star achieved the blue belt in the martial art and has been proudly showing it off on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Demi recently hit out at a journalist who wrote a body-shaming headline about her.

The Confidence hitmaker said she is no longer ‘triggered’ by other people’s comments about her appearance but has urged everyone to stop encouraging the obsession with body image as she knows how it can affect people.

She wrote on her Instagram story: ‘I am more than my weight. Unlike in the past, I am not triggered, I’m not upset that someone wrote a headline about my ‘fuller figure’. I’m angry that people think it’s okay to write headlines about people’s body shapes.

‘Especially a woman who has been so open about being in recovery from an eating disorder. I’m not upset for myself but for anyone easily influenced by the diet culture. Too many people today base their ideal body weight off of what OTHERS tell us we should look like or weigh. Articles like these only contribute to that toxic way of thinking.’

Back in December, the 26-year-old singer – who has been working hard on herself after she suffered an overdose and was hospitalized last July – admitted she is ‘sober and grateful to be alive’ following her overdose.

She wrote on Twitter: ‘If I feel like the world needs to know something, I will tell them MYSELF. Otherwise people stop writing about my recovery, because it’s no one’s business but mine.

‘I am sober and grateful to be alive and taking care of ME. Someday I’ll tell the world what exactly happened, why it happened and what my life is like today.. but until I’m ready to share that with people please stop prying and making up s**t that you know nothing about. I still need space and time to heal..

‘I would love to set the record straight on all the rumors out there but I literally don’t owe anyone anything so I’m not going to. All my fans need to know is I’m working hard on myself, I’m happy and clean and I’m SO grateful for their support. I’m so blessed I get to take this time to be with family, relax, work on my mind, body and soul and come back when I’m ready. I have my fans to thank for that. I’m so grateful, truly. I love you guys so f***ing much thank you (sic).’
