Chelsea are exploring the possibility of signing Brazilian midfielder Bruno Guimaraes this summer if they can escape their pending transfer ban.

Chelsea scouts have watched him in recent games and are contemplating an offer.
Key though will be how Thursday’s appeal against their transfer ban unfolds and then whether they have further joy by taking their case to the Court of Arbitration.
Chelsea had hoped to strengthen in a number of areas, while they are also continuing negotiations with Real Madrid over the proposed sale of Eden Hazard.
Madrid are understood to have offered around £70m while Chelsea want over £100m for the Belgian who has just one year left on contract.
